I had a great stay here! the room was spotlessly clean with excellent shower water pressure. the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to the Eastbank Centre for the events I participated in. Staff were friendly and welcoming on check-in.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the spacious room with ample storage for luggage. The comfortable lounge chair and table with two chairs allowed for both work and relaxation. The room had all the necessary amenities, including effective electrical devices and almost instant hot water. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.

Conveniently located near a football oval with a great bistro and sports bar attached. Enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast and a refreshing dip in the pool. The first-floor spa room had a cozy balcony. a satisfying experience that met all our needs.

Spent New Year's at a hotel with great amenities. the spacious room had a comfortable bed, and the spotless bathroom had excellent shower pressure. the hotel was well-located, and the staff provided excellent customer service. the abundance of grooming products in the bathroom was appreciated.

The TV in the room wasn't working correctly, and there was no free-to-air TV or streaming. the noise from people walking and talking outside the room was disturbing, and the walls weren't very soundproof.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was extremely impressed with the level of luxury and comfort it provided. The room was beautifully furnished with extra large double beds and the perfect amount of bedding to keep me warm throughout the night. The ensuite was also spacious with a twin basin and shower. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality.
