We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception was super friendly and helpful, providing us with tourist information and calling taxis when needed. The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of the town, making it a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. We were only a few minutes' walk from a nice Thai restaurant along the road, which was a great option for dinner. The room was very comfortable, with a small balcony in some rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet had a decent spread. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

Loved the bonus dinner included in the price, saved us money and was a great perk. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us with taxis and tourist information. The hotel's location was perfect, just outside the city center but still easily accessible.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center and railway station, but taxis were readily available and the city is small, so it wasn't a big issue. The rooms could be a bit small and the TV in our room didn't work properly, but these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.
