The reception was closed when we arrived, but a quick phone call allowed us to check in smoothly. The location had a peaceful bush atmosphere, yet was still close to the town center. The breakfast was delicious.

The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with all the necessary amenities like iron, safe, and a mini bar. the comfortable bed was a highlight, along with the beautiful flora and fauna surrounding the property, creating a very peaceful atmosphere.

While the location was good in terms of being relatively quiet and out of town, we felt that some cost-cutting measures were evident in the lack of staff available to assist guests with basic needs. Items such as fresh towels, toiletries, and even toilet paper had to be requested at reception, and there was a noticeable absence of helpful staff members around the property.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the bustling town centre with loads of amenities to hand. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for our family of four. The bathroom was large and well-equipped, allowing for a relaxing and refreshing experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options to start our day off right.

Short drive to town. Good restaurant food, although chili in every meal not suitable for kids. Pool, mini golf, and small playpark on-site. Communal self-catering area with toaster, microwave, etc. Spacious 2-bedroom apartment-style room with no extra charge for additional person. Outskirts location, but could walk to town if desired. Excellent 4-day stay with tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, and ample space. Stayed in a 2-bedroom chalet close to swimming pool. Many dining options, wineries, and attractions nearby. Beautiful grounds with trees, flowers, and wildlife. Recommended to have a car.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, being so close to the town centre and having all the amenities we needed right at our fingertips. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Justin who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the rainshower and the complimentary mini bar. The peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hotel also offers a communal kitchen and eating area, which was a great addition. we were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. Situé à proximité d'un supermarché ouvert 24h/24 et à quelques pas d'une station de métro, c'était très pratique. La chambre était propre et confortable, avec un lit confortable et une télévision avec Netflix inclus. De plus, la petite cuisine commune était un avantage certain, nous permettant de préparer des repas simples. Le personnel était accueillant et parlait français, ce qui était agréable.

Friendly staff, large room for disabled, comfortable king size bed. Pool, mini golf, giant chess, bocci, and clean restaurant. Plenty of free drinks and biscuits in the fridge. Close to nature with lovely pool and golf layout. Very clean rooms, exceptionally comfortable, and beautiful breakfast.

Easter at this hotel was a blast! The staff was amazing, always friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on-site served delicious food, and the complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival was a delightful surprise. The location was perfect, close to all the key attractions in the area, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing atmosphere. the beautiful surroundings added to the overall charm of our Easter getaway.
