We had an upscale experience at Altira Macau. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with breathtaking views of Macao. The hotel provided complimentary water bottles and a fresh fruit basket. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who even walked us to our room. The infinity pool was a highlight, and the spa facilities were top-notch. Despite being a bit further from the Cotai strip, the waterfront view made up for it. I would highly recommend this hotel. a fantastic stay at Altira Macau!

Corner suite room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Complimentary birthday cake provided and prompt email communication from staff. Dine-in breakfast exceeded expectations. Well-equipped gym and impressive 38 lounge. Excellent value for money, would definitely choose to stay again.

The staff was amazing and made our stay memorable. They surprised us with a special treat for our anniversary and provided a stunning view from our room. the room was very comfortable and spacious, with a great sofa to relax and enjoy the view. We appreciated the convenient location, close to great restaurants and shopping.

The hotel does not offer airport shuttle service, which would have been helpful. Although there were shuttle options available, they were not as frequent as we would have liked.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel provided me with the most luxurious experience possible. the staff was incredible and attentive, ensuring all my exclusive needs were met. the room was spacious and full of exclusive amenities, including a beautiful round bathtub and a stunning view from the window.

My only minor issue was the confusion I experienced with the elevators in the hotel. the staff was prompt to assist me in navigating the space, and the issue was quickly resolved.

The view is spectacular with spacious rooms and a walk-in closet. The pool and gym are excellent, and the changing room still has jacuzzi, sauna, and steam bath. The hotel's decor and rooms are well maintained. The staff are friendly and courteous, making it a hotel worth revisiting.

The location of the hotel is quite far away from the ferry terminal, making it inconvenient for those who want to book a ferry to HKG airport. It is also a bit difficult to hail a taxi from the hotel. Furthermore, it is not close to the old Macau area, limiting the options for exploring the city's historical sites.

The hotel lacks an airport shuttle service for non-VIP guests, which is surprising for a high-class establishment.
