We had a great time staying here! The location was central and only a short distance from Flagstaff Hill, which was perfect for a sea view from the balcony. The atmosphere was very relaxed, and we especially enjoyed sitting in the outdoor hot spa during a small hail storm. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. The hotel amenities were excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area, as well as a leisure spa & wellness centre with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and jacuzzi. The on-site car park and free Wi-Fi were also convenient. Highly recommended to everyone!

This hotel is located in a small town in Australia, close to the beach and virtually on top of the mineral springs. The rooms are well furnished and spacious, with a big spa bath. The hotel also offers private hot springs that are described as amazing and relaxing.

The restaurant service was very slow, causing frustration and a long wait for room service.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel close to the beachwalks, allowing me to take in the stunning views and fresh air. I was able to easily drive in and out of the city centre, as well as joining fitness classes at the nearby fitness centre. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom facilities. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with gluten-free options offered when requested.

The temperature in the restaurant was quite chilly.

We stayed at this place and it was fantastic! We loved how this venue was located walking distance to a beach and coastal attractions, making it easy for us to explore and relax. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our stay such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and balcony. The staff was welcoming and friendly, especially Verity who demonstrated excellent customer service.

The service was not consistent as some staff members seemed to be on "auto-pilot" and lacked a welcoming manner. Despite this, we recommend this hotel to everyone.
