Chose this hotel for a conclave. Well, appointed, self, contained accommodation, great for work or leisure. Spacious rooms with kitchenette, comfy bed, and friendly staff. Cleanliness and location top, notch.

Lack of a workspace in the room for business needs.

My director selected Quest Albury for our business trip, and I had the chance to experience their Endota day spa, where I indulged in relaxing massages and rejuvenating facials. the reception staff were accommodating, and the hotel's location was convenient.

Unpleasant sewage odor in bathroom.

The database had a user-friendly interface and a wide range of search filters, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. the room with balcony for 5 adults was spacious and comfortable, with an extra large double bed in both rooms. the balcony provided a great view of the city and was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings.

The only minor issue I encountered was that some of the photos in the database were not very high quality, making it difficult to get a clear idea of what the accommodations looked like.

Room not ready upon arrival.

Check-in was a breeze, staff was super nice, and bonus free parking made life easier, esp the undercover parking! Beds were like sleeping on clouds, and the kitchenette was stocked with all the things we needed. I didn't mind a lil dirt on the balcony table, but the lampshade askew was a bit off-putting. Maintenance swiftly fixed our bathroom door hooks, but c'mon, housekeeping could've vacuumed up our crumbs and left more than one towel for us. 🤷‍♀️.

the lights were dim, making me feel like I was in an 80s hospital. the bed was comfy, the bathroom decent. There was some McDonald's sauce lid drama, a bit noisy on Saturday night, but I guess that's the city life. Not bad for a cosmic traveler like me.

quest's room was spotless, and the location was amazing–super close to everywhere in the high 200s in a big city. the staff shared great local tips, and the laundry facilities made life easy. their attentive service topped it off.

Upon arrival, my room lacked the extra bed I had reserved for my 14-year-old son, resulting in an uncomfortable night on the lounge. the hotel charged extra for a roll away bed, which was disappointing. Nonetheless, the convenient location and secure parking made my stay at Quest memorable. I'll recommend this hotel.

the location was superb, right in the heart of the city with easy access to many restaurants and a great area with secure parking. the room service and amenities provided enhanced comfort, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy sitting area and terrace. the service was impeccable, with friendly staff always ready to assist, making us feel truly welcomed.
