We had a great stay at this hotel, located in a perfect spot for exploring downtown. Everything was within a short walk from here, including the Aquarium. The staff provided excellent customer service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. we had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

There were no negative aspects to mention about this hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

During our recent stay at Doubletree By Hilton, we were impressed with the helpful and friendly staff. Our room was immaculate and surprisingly quiet, despite facing a busy highway. The buffet-style meals at the hotel were delicious. The convenient central downtown location made it easy for us to explore the city on foot, with free shuttle bus stops nearby. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We went to dinner at a restaurant right on the river, which was within walking distance of the hotel. It was so convenient! We also tried Hennen's restaurant and were very impressed. The location of the hotel is really convenient for exploring local dining. In terms of room comfort, the bedding was great and the bathroom was clean.

Some staff members could use more training in customer service.

Great hotel, fabulous staff. The hotel was great and we were thrilled to be upgraded to a HUGE suite. The location is walking distance from the aquarium, river front, market street, the pedestrian bridge, the art district. They have a wonderful complimentary breakfast and a very relaxing pool area.

The lifts were slow and some parts of the hotel felt tired. The pool area lacked shade options.

I recently stayed at Doubletree in downtown Chattanooga for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, putting us right in the heart of downtown and close to the aquarium and restaurants. The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The pool was nice, although a bit crowded with kids, and the free breakfast was amazing, with made-to-order eggs and omelets.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The in-room coffee was surprisingly delicious, and the free cookies were a delightful treat. The valet service took excellent care of our car, and checking in was a breeze. The room service was flexible and understanding when we overslept our check-out time. We were incredibly grateful for their kindness and patience.
