Despite a few minor hiccups, my stay at Quest Chatswood was pleasant. the room was comfortable, front desk staff were helpful, and the hotel's warmth was inviting. Close to amenities with friendly service, I appreciated the upgrade offered due to a faulty door lock. a highly recommended stay!

The Quest Chatswood staff were incredibly accommodating, upgrading me to a lovely suite after a door lock issue. The spacious room had a great aesthetic and essential facilities for longer stays. the shower was high for a short person like me, and the second smaller apartment was a surprise. Nonetheless, the location was perfect, with friendly staff and convenient amenities. Maintenance issues were present, but with competitive pricing, the overall experience was positive.

the location was fantastic, just across the road from Westfield, a short walk to the train station, and with plenty of food and entertainment choices nearby. This property is conveniently close to a supermarket and a fair range of eateries in Chatswood, satisfying most culinary needs.

I had great value for my money at Quest! The room was spacious, modern, and even had a balcony. The location was ideal, close to the mall and train station. The staff was super flexible and treated me with kindness, even allowing me a complimentary late check-out. Highly recommended!

The hotel was super convenient with its location, I mean, you could practically roll out of bed and be at the train station! Plus, having a car park was a lifesaver. the room felt more like a little apartment which was pretty cool, and I loved watching the cheeky cockatoos in the gum tree outside. the bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, the front desk folks were always cheery, and despite the chilly weather, the whole place was toasty warm. 🛏️

During our Christmas stay, the hotel offered great amenities and facilities. the location was key being situated in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to access local attractions and events. the staff was kind and promptly took care of our needs.

The noise level was unpleasant, as there were loud construction sounds throughout the day; making it impossible to rest peacefully during the day.

We were also pleasantly surprised with how close it was to the train station, making it really convenient to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great customer service. They even allowed us a complimentary 2-hour late check-out, which was a nice gesture. The room itself surpassed our expectations, especially considering the price. It was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette, washing machine, and dryer. The comfortable bed and air conditioning made for a very comfortable stay.
