the kitchen was well-equipped with quality utensils, the bathroom was practical, and the bed was comfy. Genevieve at the front desk was outstanding, offering exceptional service with a personal touch including a sweet gesture for our special occasion. the convenient location near shops and restaurants was a bonus. My studio executive room had everything I needed, and I loved relaxing on the balcony with my coffee.

Despite these hiccups in Room 301, the divine rain showers were a win! A bit of a power-point hunt by the bed, but the Netflix binge in our 2-bedroom apartment was unbeatable. the service was top-notch, especially with the last-minute room scramble!
