loved the location, close to southbank and palmer street restaurants, 5 minutes walk away. the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had great facilities including a good washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. the customer service was exceptional, with kia providing a 15 out of 10 experience, remembering our names and being very attentive to our needs. the beds were comfortable, 2 bathrooms in our 2 bedroom unit, and plenty of eateries nearby to choose from.

It was incredibly clean and well-maintained, offering comfortable beds and a well-appointed unit. the location was ideal, with everything we needed just a stone's throw away, from excellent dining options to the city center. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing top-notch service throughout our visit.

Enjoyed the spacious and light-filled apartment. the comfortable bed and furniture made our stay pleasant. Although check-in was a bit confusing, the location near Palmer Street eateries and the city was fantastic. a comfortable and convenient stay in Townsville.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, with everything I needed close by, including restaurants and all the city sights. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities I could ask for, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area and dining table were great for relaxing and enjoying meals, while the patio offered a peaceful spot to unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, including a swimming pool with sun loungers and a lovely garden area. I had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

I had a lovely stay at the apartments, despite a small hiccup. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable bed for a restful night's sleep. The location was also convenient, with many dining options nearby. The highlight for me was being close to JAM, where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. I would recommend this place for a couple or a family looking for a pleasant stay.

Had the most amazing Christmas stay. the spacious apartments were a great fit for our family. We particularly loved the private balcony with a stunning view of the city. the key location advantage was that it was close to several restaurants and cafes, which made it easy for us to grab a bite to eat. the apartment came fully furnished with all the necessary amenities that we needed for our stay which made it feel like home.

The exterior of the hotel were not great as there was construction going on which was a bit of a bummer. Despite the fact that the hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, it was a bit far from some key attractions as we had to book a taxi or drive to get to them which was slightly inconvenient.
