the spacious room was equipped with a small stove top, toaster, and even a washing machine and clothes dryer - making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. the receptionist went above and beyond, providing a helpful list of open cafes and restaurants over the Easter weekend.

Staff once helped with taxi tips. Place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, fitness centre, laundry, and more. Coming back for Christmas.

The database provided top, notch customer service and seamless check, in process. the room with the king, size bed was exceptional. the bedroom was incredibly quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep.

That the Wi, Fi connection in the room was a bit spotty at times.

clean rooms - near a charming cafe for great coffee - got helpful text instructions for late check-in - friendly and helpful staff - plenty of amenities supplied.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were impressed with the enhanced comfort and quality services offered. The location was perfect, being central to everywhere we needed to go, with walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to shops and the city centre. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The facilities, including the comfortable beds and clean bathroom, were of high quality.

This negative aspect, however, did not overshadow the positive experience we had at the hotel.

The room was pretty good, had a comfy bed and impressive facilities. the location was strategic, very close to restaurants and pubs. I appreciated the little kitchenette with a microwave and half stovetop, that certainly came in handy during my Thanksgiving leftovers dinner.

The communication with the staff wasn't so great. I was asked for my bank card details upon arrival, which I agreed to for security reasons but was later awakened to a debit of $100 without any proper explanation.

During our stay at Quest, we were incredibly impressed by the exceptional level of service we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that our needs were met. One particular situation that stood out was when we mentioned to the friendly receptionist that we had a long drive ahead the next day. Without hesitation, she upgraded our room to a more spacious and comfortable one, allowing us to unwind and relax after our journey. This kind gesture made us feel like we were truly at home. As a result of this outstanding service, we have decided to switch all our staff accommodations to Quest nationwide. The cleanliness, comfortable beds, and quiet atmosphere also added to the overall exceptional experience. We highly recommend staying at Quest and can't wait to return.
