The hotel is located in an industrial estate with easy access to a supermarket and restaurants like KFC and Buffalo Grill. It's a perfect base for visitors to Le Mans MotoGP, just an hour away.

the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. It was perfect for our needs as we were visiting the MotoGP at Le Mans and needed a base for three nights. Although it is a no-frills hotel, the staff at B & B were very helpful and spoke great English. the hotel is located in an industrial estate with restaurants nearby, including a fantastic steakhouse called Buffalo Grill. it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Great location near restaurants and easy access to town. The bed was very comfy and the room was spotlessly clean. Plus, the staff spoke great English and were very helpful.

The check-in process was really confusing and inconvenient. Having to use an ATM-like machine outside the closed security gate to check-in was a hassle, and the instructions weren't clear.
