The office staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly, offering great local tips. The clean room and comfortable bed were much appreciated. the elevator was unreliable and dog-friendliness was lacking. The smoking in nearby areas was a downside, but the convenient location and spacious unit made up for it. No WiFi or functioning cable TV was a disappointment, and a blocked toilet issue wasn't resolved promptly.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The hotel is conveniently located on a bustling shopping strip, right near the railway station, making it easily accessible. The staff here deserves special mention, as they were incredibly attentive and friendly, providing fabulous customer service even during a busy shift. The room I stayed in was spacious and immaculately clean, with a range of amenities including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor dining area and a sun terrace, perfect for enjoying a meal or relaxing with a book. my experience at this place was nothing short of exceptional.

The location was convenient, with several restaurants nearby offering charge back to my hotel account. The rooms were clean, functional, and even had cooking facilities. The only small downside was the limited Wi-Fi data. I highly recommend this hotel.

Just stayed at a place around the area with AMAZING staff and good breakfast next door. Would choose it again. Rooms are smaller than expected but cozy. the sun terrace is better than in photos!

After spending a night fighting the lift's erratic behavior and the lingering scent of cigarettes, I was ready to throw in the towel. But then I discovered the warm room and hot shower. It was a small victory in a sea of quirks. As a Belgian who delights in the simple comforts of home, I appreciated the respite from the chaos.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and providing directions. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the convenience of being close to shops and restaurants. it was a pleasant experience.

We did find the bed to be quite uncomfortable, which was a minor inconvenience during our stay.

The lack of hot water in my room was also a negative aspect. while the staff and location were great, the room itself did not live up to my expectations in terms of size and amenities.
