Loved our romantic escape! Best aspects were the spacious rooms with fully equipped kitchens, making it easy to cook and enjoy intimate meals together. the convenient location near cafes and shops made it easy to explore the area and find everything we needed. the comfortable beds and warm lighting also added to the cozy atmosphere.

Disliked the noisy nights due to the thin walls and nearby nightlife. We had trouble sleeping and were woken up several times during the night.

The location of the place was bang-up, like staying in an American city, and the accommodation was top-notch with all the facilities you need for a proper apartment - from the dryer to the dishwasher. Bibek at the front desk was a rockstar - he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, even surprising the kids with chocolates and quick service with a smile. the only gripe was the initial cellar room mishap with an unworking fridge, but the staff quickly sorted us into a lovely one-bedroom apartment - just a minor bump on an otherwise fantastic stay! 😊

Great location in central Launceston! We were able to easily explore the sights and enjoy the local eateries. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a good little set up. We especially loved the pillows, so comfy! The prompt responses from the host made our stay even more convenient. Despite a couple of minor hiccups with the bathroom fan and the internet, we had an enjoyable time. I would highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay in central Launceston.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. When we arrived, they upgraded us to a bigger unit which was spacious, clean, and attractive. The kitchen in our room was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy for us to access restaurants and explore the area. We even got to leave our car overnight in a nearby carpark for free. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

Exceptional customer service at Central! Shirley went above and beyond to make our stay special, even arranging a birthday surprise for my dad. The location was convenient, right in the city center, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, but it would have been nice to have a coffee machine. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
