Attended a leadership summit and the luxury aparthotel in Perth CBD near Jacobs Ladder was ideal. Staff were accommodating, housekeeping on point, and quick access to Hay Street Mall was convenient.

Lack of 24/7 room service was missed for work demands.

The room cleanliness was top, notch and the bed was a dream! the kitchenette suited my cooking needs just right. Close to the conference center with a quick walk to the city. Front desk swiftly resolved minor issues. I found quirky fun at Jacob's Ladder nearby. Laundry time required a strategic plan, but the café's brekkie! Mmm!

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right across from a beautiful park by the river. We enjoyed taking walks along the paths that led all the way to the Quay, which was so convenient since it was within the free public transport system. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the park and river.

This hotel is definitely a place we would recommend to our family and friends.

The spacious rooms allowed us to relax comfortably after a long day exploring Perth. the convenient kitchenette made meal times a breeze, and the free laundry facilities on Level 1 were a lifesaver with kids in tow.

My wife says that a better playground area would enhance the family-friendly experience.

Great location near a park and river with easy access to a convention centre. the apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. the gym and café on-site were an added bonus. the small convenience store next door had a tasty selection of wines as well.

No on-site parking as expected which resulted in having to pay for street parking nearby. It could get costly since we needed to top up hourly.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was conveniently situated near the Convention Centre and within walking distance to King's Park. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

The housekeeping service was inconsistent and did not come to clean the room during my entire stay, despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation.
