Quest Prahran is my go-to spot in Melbourne. Staff found my lost jewel on my first visit. It fits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour security, massages. Coming back for New Year!

I absolutely adored the cozy ambiance of the hotel with its lovely furnishings and warm atmosphere that made me feel right at home. the accessible layout and comfortable seating areas in the lobby were perfect for older guests, allowing easy socializing and relaxation. Being within walking distance to family and having convenient parking made my stay stress-free.

A little brighter lighting in the hallways would have improved the overall vacation experience for us seniors. the children working there can be reminded to provide more guidance for nighttime visibility.

We recently stayed at a fantastic 4-star hotel that provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience. We loved the prime location of this place, as it was within walking distance to all the nightlife and entertainment options. The staff members we encountered were exceptional and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with everything necessary for cooking and laundry, making it convenient for families. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of services such as room service, dry cleaning, and grocery shopping, making our stay even more convenient.

Perfect location with great restaurants and shops nearby. The apartments were spacious and comfortable with a parking area that was convenient. we loved the friendly and accommodating staff who made our stay enjoyable.

There was no lift in the building and had to carry our suitcases upstairs. the noise level was high if the apartment was facing the street and the shower had weak water pressure.
