we booked the quest 3 bedroom apartment for wedding preparations. the apartment was big enough for the five of us and spacious enough for the makeup artist and hairdresser to get us ready. the spacious balcony was great and with the balcony doors closed, it was pretty soundproof. the partial views of the river and the story bridge were lovely. staff were lovely and the wifi speed was fast. highly recommend.

I can fulfill my MasterChef dreams in the kitchen. the balcony revealed lovely views and my inner drama queen enjoyed the Foxtel selection. Close to all things foodie and a peaceful "home" in the lower level apartment.

We had an epic time with the squad, hitting up the Hotel Triplets Entertainment and Family spots nearby. Non-stop laughs and crazy memories made – definitely the highlight of our trip!

Wish there was a bit more nightlife buzz around for us party animals. A happening bar or club within the hotel would've taken our stay to the next level!

Location was superb, right in the heart of everything-Brisbane CBD, close to Queen Street Mall. the staff was extremely accommodating, helping out with all our requests, including an early check-in. We loved the spacious balcony overlooking the Brisbane River and the Story Bridge. the apartment was clean and modern, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.

One minor inconvenience was the limited number of keys provided for the three-bedroom apartment. An extra set would have been helpful for our group.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to all the shops and restaurants in the city. It was convenient for us as a family with 2 small kids, as we didn't have to travel far to find something to eat or to do some shopping. The hotel was also competitive compared to the newer hotels located in the outer suburbs, making it a convenient option for us.

The apartment we rented was perfect for our overnight stay with a balcony that wrapped around the living area and afforded us terrific river views. We loved that it was in an easy walking distance to the pier and heaps of great restaurants, it was so close! The staff was fantastic, couldn't be friendlier or more helpful.

Our room could do with a bit of updating, especially the furniture as it felt rather dated. There was also a bit of water damage, and we found the balcony furnishings lacking. It felt more like a rental apartment than a hotel.
