The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to all the shops and restaurants in the city. It was convenient for us as a family with 2 small kids, as we didn't have to travel far to find something to eat or to do some shopping. The hotel was also competitive compared to the newer hotels located in the outer suburbs, making it a convenient option for us.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom could have been better.

This place is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. Plus, it's close to everything yet quiet enough to ensure a good night's sleep. The hotel offers a range of amenities including room service, laundry facilities, and a well-equipped kitchen. The room itself was spacious and had a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Although the staff weren't too friendly when I requested a transfer to a higher level, I understood that it may have been fully booked and didn't expect them to accommodate my request. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this city.

The apartment we rented was perfect for our overnight stay with a balcony that wrapped around the living area and afforded us terrific river views. We loved that it was in an easy walking distance to the pier and heaps of great restaurants, it was so close! The staff was fantastic, couldn't be friendlier or more helpful.

Our room could do with a bit of updating, especially the furniture as it felt rather dated. There was also a bit of water damage, and we found the balcony furnishings lacking. It felt more like a rental apartment than a hotel.
