I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff was friendly. The pool was well-maintained, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning. I loved watching the ducks and geese by the river and listening to the soothing sounds of frogs at night. The beds were comfortable, and the air-conditioner/heater worked perfectly. The staff was attentive and seemed to keep a watchful eye on the surroundings. The location was ideal, just a short drive away from the bustling Pigeon Forge, but still quiet and peaceful. Plus, the sunsets from the balconies were breathtaking!

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Sevierville. The location was perfect, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful evening on the balcony away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the desk clerk provided exceptional service. The cleanliness of the room was impressive - as soon as I stepped in, I could tell that attention to detail was a priority. The access to the property was convenient, and I loved the scenic walkway. Plus, the view of the river from my room was absolutely breathtaking.

While my stay was overall exceptional, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was manageable.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was close to Dollywood and just a few miles away from major attractions without all the traffic. The private balconies offered a beautiful view of the river, ducks, horses, and even a crane. The room was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the water got extremely hot. The staff were friendly and more than helpful.

One issue we had was with the mattress in room 314. It was worn out and sagged in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and we had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We appreciated having a Walmart, Walgreens, and various dining options just a short drive away. The room we had with a spa bath was clean and comfortable, and the view from the patio was amazing. We even decided to extend our stay because we enjoyed it so much. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and we loved feeding the ducks out back from our balcony. Definitely a 10/10 experience and we will be returning.

I booked this hotel for a quick 1-year anniversary trip with my boyfriend. The price for 2 nights was great, and we didn't want to spend a ton on a hotel. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff was friendly. The pool was well-maintained, and we enjoyed the balcony view with ducks, geese, and the sounds of frogs in the river overnight. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the air-conditioner/heater unit worked perfectly. The location was just far enough away from the craziness of Pigeon Forge, but still close enough to drive there within a few minutes.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Kathy, the staff member, was warm, welcoming, and very friendly. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making our experience even better. The floors were clean, with no carpet but hardwood, which made the room smell okay. The hotel is close to everything, including Tanger outlets and all the attractions. The location is perfect, close to the town but not in the midst of it, so there weren't a lot of people walking around. When we opened the door, it smelled very clean and not like dogs. The absence of carpet meant we didn't have to breathe in fibers. The heat worked well and was quiet, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean, and we appreciated the extra roll of toilet paper. Parking was convenient, as we were able to park without walking a long way from our room.

All was perfect.

During my Christmas stay at this motel, I really liked the clean rooms and friendly staff. the location was also a key aspect for me, as it was close to many attractions and had beautiful views of the river and mountains. Additionally, having a nearby restaurant for breakfast, like Shoney's, was a convenient advantage.

There were a couple of negative aspects to note. the beds were extremely hard and noisy, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep.
