The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to some of the best restaurants in Perth, the ferry terminal, and the beautiful foreshore. The room at the hotel is well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a dining area. The housekeeping standard is also commendable. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located next to a 24/7 grocery store, which offers a variety of delicious ready-to-eat meals. Parking is available in the same building for a flat rate of SGD25 per night, which is very convenient.

The customer service could be improved, as some guests reported encountering rude and unhelpful staff members during check-in and check-out.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I had a fantastic experience that surpassed my expectations. the apartment was equipped with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay, from laundry powder to hangers and dishwashing liquid. the fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the views of the Swan River were simply stunning. the location was unbeatable, with a supermarket just downstairs and plenty of excellent dining options within walking distance. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests.

In case of any urgent housekeeping issues, guests might need to address them on their own.

Our romantic escape was amazing! the complementary breakfast in bed was a great surprise and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. the location couldn't have been better, with views of the skyline and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Plus, having a 24/7 supermarket just steps away was really convenient.

While the room was lovely, it would have been even better with a bathtub and a hand-held shower head. the single toilet was a bit inconvenient for two people.

The bathroom was spacious and had a big shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The secure parking was a great bonus. we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be coming back here!

We would have loved to have free parking included in our stay, but considering the quality and comfort of this hotel, we understand why it is an additional charge. However, there were empty parking bays in the morning, so it would have been nice if parking had been offered to us.
