As foreign tourists, we loved the amazing facilities and activities available at this resort. The on-site restaurant served delicious and quick meals, the gym had a great range of equipment, and the in-room dining was excellent value for money. The staff, especially Naoko in Reservations, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. They even created a birthday card for our VIP guest and accommodated special amenities. The kids had a hard time leaving the fantastic water area, and the on-site parking was extremely convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at Racv Royal Pines Resort. The views from the mountain view rooms were absolutely breathtaking. The water park and swimming pool kept my kids entertained for hours. The staff, especially Sam the concierge, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurants was delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this resort for a family getaway.

The resort offered a variety of restaurants and the food was delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The location of the resort was perfect for us old folks who enjoy a game of tennis. The hotel is conveniently located near tennis courts, allowing us to indulge in our favorite sport. Furthermore, the resort is situated away from the concrete jungle, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. We even had the opportunity to throw a footy around with the pros who were training at the football field nearby.

The soundproofing of the rooms was not up to par. We were disturbed by the noise of kids in the corridors early in the morning, which affected our sleep and overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The spacious and well-maintained room had a lovely view over the golf course and parts of Surfers Paradise. The comfortable bed and dark curtains ensured a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast for $25.00 each was delicious with a great selection of food. Free parking was a bonus.

As a business traveler, I was impressed with the excellent renovations to the public areas, including reception. The rooms now have soft and tranquil decor, making for a pleasant stay. The in-room air conditioning was the best, with a quiet and user-friendly control pad. The views from the rooms were outstanding, with trees, parkland, and even a glimpse of the Gold Coast skyline and hinterland in the distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. I also appreciated the atmosphere of greenery and space, even though I'm not a golfer.

The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities including a pool, play areas, and a golf course. The location was close to theme parks and Surfers Paradise area. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Coles supermarket nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent staff - Suzy at reception was welcoming and Harry the concierge was helpful. Japanese restaurant was enjoyable. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful gardens and live music provided a great atmosphere. A fantastic weekend getaway.

The spa staff and facilities were great, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The outdoor pool was a nice size and provided a refreshing way to cool off. The on-site gym was well-equipped and allowed for a good workout session.

The shower in our room was not great, with water spraying everywhere and a loud droning noise. The air conditioning did not work efficiently, making the room uncomfortably warm despite our requests for it to be looked at.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful. Food options were good. The pools were spacious and shaded.

This hotel provided a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities such as a high-end spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a Jacuzzi. The professional service and beautiful garden area were impressive and added to my overall experience. The exceptional and courteous staff offered a variety of beauty treatments such as a full body massage, manicure, and facial that were all of the highest quality. My exclusive room advantages included a private spa lounge area and my in-room breakfast was delicious and served promptly.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was a lack of beach umbrellas. However, this did not detract from the overall experience at this hotel.
