Beach vibes all day at Rainbow Bay Resort - the pool, spa, and beach were our hangouts. Cafes nearby were clutch for those early morning munchies!

More cool nighttime activities onsite would've been epic for us party animals!

I had the pleasure of staying at Rainbow Bay Resort Holiday Apartments in Gold Coast for a business trip, a choice made by our director. the location was terrific, situated at the top of a hill, which I appreciated for the extra exercise and daily steps. Access to the beach, walking paths, shops, and restaurants was excellent. the apartment was very spacious, with a well-appointed kitchen that even included thoughtful extras like sugar, tea, and milk for a cup of tea upon arrival. the beds were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and extra bedding supplied. Each room had ceiling fans, and the central lounge room had air conditioning. the staff, particularly Shane at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the availability of Foxtel and Netflix, as well as free beach towels, were nice perks.

The only minor negative aspect I experienced was a very noisy extract fan in the bathroom, which resonated in the second bedroom, making it difficult to sleep.

proximity to the beach, shops, and surf was incredible. Rooms were comfy & spacious. the downside was the bathroom cleanliness. Staff was accommodating. a fantastic getaway spot! 🌊.

The decorations in the hotel were just lovely, dear. the cozy corners and gentle colors truly make you feel at home. the common areas are easily accessible for us seniors, with well-placed handrails and comfortable seating areas. It was a joy to wander through and find a spot to relax, perhaps with a good book and a cup of tea.

More assistance for mobility-impaired seniors would enhance the stay.

The resort is located in a nice quiet area, with beautiful beaches just a short walk away. The views from the rooms are stunning, with ocean views and a picturesque lookout nearby. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, with tasteful furnishings and well-appointed kitchens. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Some of the furniture in the apartments showed signs of wear and the cleanliness could have been improved.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location was fantastic, with everything we needed within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The pool and spa were a highlight, beautifully maintained and the perfect spot to unwind. We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great location close to the beach and shopping area. the pool and sauna were excellent spots to relax and unwind during the stay. the rooms were also spacious, equipped with a television, and clean.

The overall condition of the facilities and apartment was outdated and in need of a significant renovation. the furniture and equipment were old with limited supplies, and staff seemed to be unapproachable during interactions.
