On arrival, I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel. The facilities were well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the free coffee machines. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the location was superb, with a picturesque river site restaurant nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at The Willows Training Centre. The location was fantastic, with easy access to St Neots and its attractions. Our room was in a peaceful area, away from any noise disturbance. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, except for a few dust webs we found which were quickly taken care of. The complimentary tea, coffee, and water available throughout the afternoon were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its lovely setting and convenient location.

our stay at the willows training centre in bedford was fantastic. the staff were lovely and very helpful, the barman was always happy and singing, putting everyone in a good mood. the rooms were spotless and the food was delicious. overall, it was an ideal place to stay in the area.

The location was ideal, with the hotel being situated near the RSPB and a golf course, offering beautiful views of the nearby lake. The breakfast provided was satisfying and the bar offered a good selection of drinks. the hotel was a great option for a comfortable and affordable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a coffee machine in the room and a nice cappuccino available. The cooked breakfast was of good quality, with a nice selection of fruit. The hotel's location near the conference we attended was very convenient. Additionally, being close to the golf course and lake added to the beautiful surroundings of this city.

The hotel provided excellent value for money and was better than other budget hotels in the area. the staff went out of their way to make us feel special. the beautiful surroundings and well-kept gardens provided a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay effortless.

The onsite restaurants were not the best and were quite expensive. there was no 24-hour reception, which made it difficult to obtain help with a noise issue we experienced during the night.
