I had a fantastic experience at the Ramada Hotel & Suites. The rooms were impeccably serviced and kept clean and tidy throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist with any issues that arose. The location was excellent, with a stunning view of the river at sunset. The hotel amenities, including the pool, were outstanding, and having a Woolworths right across the road was incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to shops & eateries, with cafes just down the street. It is also right next to the river, offering great views from some rooms. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are generous. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing good service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and make use of the facilities such as the pool and restaurant.

The noise from the void in the middle of the hotel at 4am was disruptive.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel in Ballina. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town and close to everything we could possibly want. We enjoyed being just a short walk away from the charming sitting area, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel staff were exceptional, accommodating every request and ensuring that our stay was comfortable and memorable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as a dining table, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the convenience of room service and the restaurant adjoining the hotel, where we had a delicious breakfast every morning.

Had a fantastic Christmas break at a hotel with great complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed taking afternoon walks and seeing the dolphins swimming by. Plus, the staff were friendly and welcoming which added to the overall experience.

The pool area was a bit cramped and didn't offer much shade. , the parking was challenging, and we struggled to find an available spot.

The front desk staff were fantastic, accommodating our room move request. The hotel has a great location with a variety of nearby eateries. The spacious room had a fantastic view from the balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. The hotel facilities included a restaurant with a river front view and outside seating. The breakfast options were great, and the coffee was delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at the Ramada in Ballina. The view from my room overlooking the Richmond River was absolutely breathtaking. The suite itself was fully equipped with everything I needed, from a washing machine to a coffee machine, making it feel like a home away from home. The spacious balcony was a great place to unwind and relax. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby and a quiet atmosphere for a peaceful getaway. The check-in process was friendly and efficient, and the reservation staff went above and beyond to accommodate my changing plans. The on-site dining options were a convenient and delicious way to enjoy a meal. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Not one thing.

The 1 bedroom suite at Ramada was spotlessly clean and well provisioned, exceeding our expectations. The location on the river boardwalk was perfect for fishing and walking to parks, and we loved being close to shops and cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even pre-checking our luggage when we went on an overnight tour.

The breakfast option could be improved with better communication between the restaurant and the hotel. It was a bit confusing trying to order room service and the timing was not ideal for business trips.
