I keep returning to my favorite spot for vacations. Remembering the staff helped with my bug bite the first time. Everything I need is here: Free parking, Wi-Fi, bar, fitness center, heated pool and more. Perfect for my Christmas break.

The room was well-positioned for privacy, with a lovely bathroom and spa for relaxation. The small balcony was disappointing due to bird droppings. The reception staff were welcoming, but the offer of a complimentary drink required dining at the facility. The air conditioning could have been stronger, but overall, a satisfactory experience.

The location was sick, close to both HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and another poppin' spot! the view from our room was epic, and the staff were all chill and friendly.

Yo, the only thing that would've made this vacay even more fire is if they had a late-night party zone at the hotel. Imagine partying into the early hours right at the hotel?

Mate, I'm telling ya, the brekkie spread at Mezza On Point was bonza. And fair dinkum, the tucker at the Cove and Riva bar Grill Terrace was top-notch. Plus, the easy walk to Malibu Burgers for a cheeky feed made me a happy chappy.

Now, a hiccup was the wonky internet, but we made do flicking through the local telly channels. Not the bee's knees for footy fans, but Ballina's charm still shone through.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to shops & eateries, with cafes just down the street. It is also right next to the river, offering great views from some rooms. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are generous. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing good service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and make use of the facilities such as the pool and restaurant.

The noise from the void in the middle of the hotel at 4am was disruptive.

Had a fantastic Christmas break at a hotel with great complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. the location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed taking afternoon walks and seeing the dolphins swimming by. Plus, the staff were friendly and welcoming which added to the overall experience.

The pool area was a bit cramped and didn't offer much shade. the parking was challenging, and we struggled to find an available spot.

The front desk staff were fantastic, accommodating our room move request. The hotel has a great location with a variety of nearby eateries. The spacious room had a fantastic view from the balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. The hotel facilities included a restaurant with a river front view and outside seating. The breakfast options were great, and the coffee was delicious.

Nothing not to love.
