The hotel's location is superb, being within walking distance of the historic centre and all the main attractions in town. The rooms are well appointed and spacious, with one of the largest standard bathrooms in Southern Italy. The staff are efficient and gracious, making guests feel welcome throughout their stay. The breakfast is lavish, served in a beautiful breakfast room with attentive wait staff. Many unique pieces of furniture and art add to the classy ambiance of the hotel.

Spent Xmas in a hotel, and it was a truly delightful experience. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city center. Loved the rich breakfast with a variety of delicious options to choose from. the rooms were spacious, decorated with contemporary furnishings, and super clean. the staff were very helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home.

There was no kettle in the room, which would have been great to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate during the cold winter evenings. the noise coming from the busy street outside was a bit loud and disruptive during the night.

Despite some issues with wifi and laundry, the staff provided consistent good service. Would definitely choose to stay here again in the heart of Puglia. I highly recommend this hotel.

the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds for all three adults and a two-year-old child. We especially appreciated the large windows that could be easily opened, as well as the wooden window shutters that effectively blocked out the light. the price was also exceptionally good value. the hotel had a convenient location near the old town and offered parking options. the staff at breakfast were kind and accommodating, with a great variety of options for vegans and those with allergies.
