Had a fantastic check-in experience with Jack, who was friendly and attentive. the resort is massive and offers plenty of activities for the whole family. the location is great, and we enjoyed seeing the local wildlife up close, including possums on our deck at night. the villas were spacious and well-equipped, with nice touches like soap and shampoo in the shower. the on-site restaurant and bar had delicious food and a great atmosphere. the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. the pools were clean and the kids loved the amazing games room.

We had a fantastic time at our recent couples getaway. The location was perfect, with easy access to the famous Penguin parade and the nearby shops in town. The staff at the restaurant and during check-in were friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom. The resort had great facilities, including an indoor pool and gym, perfect for some relaxation and exercise. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and beautiful view from the restaurant. The overall experience exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return.

The arcade had a few machines that were not working properly.

As women travelling alone, we loved the variety of activities available at the resort - from the tennis court and pools to the playground for the children. The location was also great, close to main attractions and the islands main street. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel welcomed and creating a sense of safety. The cabins provided privacy, and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to see nature and wildlife up close. The apartments were cosy and homely, with comfortable beds and the convenience of having our own laundry. The all-inclusive breakfast was a dream, allowing us to start our day without the hassle of cooking.

My new year experience was amazing. the hotel was offering complimentary drinks at the lobby bar and had a free shuttle to the nearby attractions. the location was perfect as it was only a short walk away from the main beaches and restaurants. the room’s size and amenities were more than enough for our family of four. the highlight was the outdoor pool with a great temperature, which made for a wonderful way to relax under the sun.

The food at the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. It was very crowded, and we had to queue for a while to get seated.

The cabin felt secluded and peaceful, despite being surrounded by other cabins. The location of the resort was excellent, just minutes away from Cowes. The amenities provided were perfect for a family stay, with lots of facilities available for both adults and children. The price was also great for the time of year.

We loved the location of this venue, it is somewhat in the centre of the island that made it easy for us to explore different places on this small island. This place is close to some of the most popular attractions on the island such as Penguin Parade which was a plus point. The service was excellent and we were happy with the grocery shopping service and laundry. We were welcomed with a drink and enjoyed the happy hour as well. The room amenities including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, balcony.

We recommend this hotel to our family as the leisure facilities including the indoor swimming pool, steam room, and fitness centre were excellent and the staff was very helpful and accommodating with no manager on duty.

We loved the array of onsite facilities such as the gym, pools, spa, and sauna. They were all clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered both mornings of our stay was superb. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was great, close to the town and within a short drive to various attractions. We also enjoyed taking walks around the hotel grounds and exploring the nearby area.
