The location of the hotel was perfect, being away from the city and traffic but still within walking distance to the center. Another advantage was the accommodating staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

There were some minor issues with the room, such as missing curtain poles and a broken table, which accumulated over time. The veranda door did not lock properly and a handle on one of the doors was half-fallen out.

The room had excellent kitchen and washing facilities, making it convenient for longer stays. The view over the sea from some rooms was stunning, and the breakfast had a great variety. The pool was a welcome addition in the rainy season, and the covered and secure parking was a bonus.

I felt truly spoilt during my stay, as the staff were professional, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Located in a convenient area on the outskirts of the CBD, this hotel is close enough to everything. The rooms come with a washer/dryer, perfect for travelers. The pool is beautiful for floating, and the rooftop bar is great for evenings. The staff is lovely, and the breakfast buffet has many options.

There were slight issues with check-in and out, but overall it didn't affect the stay.

This place is conveniently located just a short walk from shops, restaurants and the main CBD area, yet still manages to feel quiet and peaceful. The staff here are incredibly dedicated to customer satisfaction and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was well-appointed with all of the amenities you could need, including a comfortable bed and balcony. The bar and restaurant areas also offered stunning views and excellent service.

I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

The hotel is well-located near the commercial part of the harbor, making it easy to explore the city center or enjoy waterfront attractions. The immediate local area around the hotel was not very pleasant to walk through, described as "down at heel".

Amazing view, spacious balcony, and good TV channels. the location is perfect for walking into town. We loved the great ham and cheese toasty from the kitchen, and it was always clean and well-maintained. the pool is big and has lots of deck chairs.

The smaller en suite flooded on the first night, and we reported it to reception but it wasn't fixed. the beds were made daily, but we weren't sure if clean linen was used.
