The Palm Villas were so spacious, my family barely saw each other! Loved the quick transit to town, great for escaping the outdated villa. I felt like a high-class explorer amidst the tourist traps. Cons: I adored the vintage vibe of my rundown villa, the mice added a delightful rustic touch.

Just came back from an amazing stay in a hotel close to the beach. LOVED the included breakfast and outdoor dining area. Would definitely choose this place again. the swimming pool was even better than in the photos! .

the resort is a great - quiet place. our apartment had an enclosed yard with a pool view - perfect for relaxing. the main pool was lovely, and the bar/restaurant next to it offered poolside service. great for families. they even offered a shuttle service and e-scooters. the receptionist was always friendly and helpful - despite being the only person on duty.

our long stay in port douglas was perfect at reef resort villas. the amazing warm pool and kid-friendly atmosphere made our family holiday unforgettable. the location provided great access to all port douglas has to offer, while still offering a quiet and relaxing retreat. cons: lacking onsite dining/bar.

We had a great family holiday experience in a comfortable and spacious unit, perfect for families with up to 2 children. the pools were fantastic and ideal for both children and adults. the staff was amazing and their wood-fired pizzas were the best. the location was convenient, just a short distance from the beach and supermarket.

Although we had a great time, some of the units are in real need of an update. the kitchen was adequately equipped, but it lacked an oven or grill.
