The hotel's location just across the bridge of the Niger River offers stunning views of the desert. Close to the airport, making transportation convenient. The cleanliness of the rooms exceeded my expectations. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with key attractions close by. the swimming pool was a great feature and the rooms were clean and quiet. the staff in the dining room were always helpful and kind. the internet connection was also fair considering the limitations of the country.

The staff at the reception were not as helpful and kind as the rest of the hotel. They seemed less willing to assist and spoke English but refused to speak it with me.

The staff quickly learned my preferences and provided excellent service. I would gladly return to Azalai Hotel, but I would choose to dine elsewhere for lunch and dinner.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The location was also great, with select staff ensuring disciplined operations. we had a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Upon arrival at the Azalai Hotel, we were warmly greeted by the manager who offered his assistance throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's beautiful garden and poolside bar created a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink. We also appreciated the convenience of having ATMs and shops within the hotel premises. Although there were a few minor issues, such as limited breakfast options and the need for larger pillows, these did not detract from our overall experience.
