Loved my recent stay at a hotel in a stunning location! The pool area was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The views from the presidential suite were outstanding. However, the only drawback was the food in the restaurant was often served cold. I highly recommend this hotel.

The views from our room at Reef View were absolutely breathtaking! We spent hours on the balcony soaking up the beauty of the beach, islands, and sunrises. the room itself was beautifully decorated, and the large bathroom facilities were great. the location was perfect, with easy access to the complex's pool and water sport facilities. Plus, being able to get pool towels whenever we needed was a convenient touch. the resort was lovely and Hamilton is a beautiful destination.

Enjoyed variety of breakfast buffet, spectacular view from room, comfortable bed, easily accessible amenities and facilities. Fantastic staff, especially at the tour desk. Seamless experience with multiple pools, gym, spa, restaurants. Timely transfers and cool helicopter ride to reef and Whitehaven beach.

We stayed at this hotel with our family and were pleasantly surprised with the great location and facilities. This place is near everything you need and is surrounded by beautiful gardens on the beach. The room amenities were great including the mini-bar, balcony, and in-room safe. The staff were absolutely amazing and gave us the best service, although some could do with some training in customer service. We loved having access to the spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, and beach access with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The seasonal outdoor pool was also heated, which was great for colder days.

We had an amazing holiday with a great breakfast selection and wonderful views. the hotel was well-organized, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We also appreciated the easy transfers to and from the hotel.

We did have a few minor issues. There were no drawers in our room, which made storing clothes difficult.

We had an incredible family vacation on a stunning island with a hotel located conveniently to everything. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the Reef restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals, as well as being close to the ferry or airport for smooth transportation. Additionally, we loved that the Marina was just a short distance away, giving us access to even more options for entertainment and dining. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering a breathtaking view that truly made our stay unforgettable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience for all. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The inclusive breakfast was a delightful treat with a wide variety of options to please everyone's tastes.

There was one minor issue with the hotel that slightly impacted our experience.

We had a fantastic time at Reef View. the location was amazing, with a fantastic view from our room. the staff, especially Serena our waitress, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even helped arrange a special proposal for my now fiancé! the facilities at the hotel were great, with plenty of options for entertainment, including movies for the kids. the breakfast was delicious, and the kids loved the pool. We also appreciated the convenience of the check out lounge while waiting for our flight. a pleasant experience that we look forward to repeating next year.

We stayed on a privately owned island for 5 days for a wedding and were delighted with our Reef suite. The room was spacious and had a fantastic view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to order from any restaurant through an app and the well-stocked IGA Supermarket nearby.

Excellent location, friendly staff, great breakfast options, convenient bus services, and access to island facilities. The views are stunning, especially at One Tree Hill bar. Loads of towels and parking bays available. Wonderful experience with complimentary wine and exceptional service. Memorable holiday.
