The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They helped carry our bags and even brought us complimentary cheesecake for our birthday. The hotel had a beautiful bar, lobby, and patio. We felt like family by the time we checked out. The employee working in the evening was fabulous and made us feel welcome.

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Lubbock was exceptional. The beautiful lobby with cozy fireplace and thoughtful extras made me feel welcome. The dining staff treated me like I was dining in a 5-star restaurant, and the food options were varied and delicious. The customer service from the front desk staff, especially Vreznaia and Monica, was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Despite a few minor issues with cleanliness, I would recommend this hotel overall.

Additionally, the basic amenities provided, such as the huge soaking tub and big fridge in the room, were absolutely fantastic. Lastly, the location of this hotel was perfect for us as it was conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and highways. this hotel provided us with exactly what we needed after a tiring journey.

The comfortable bed and ample pillows made for a great night's sleep. The room was well-appointed and clean. The hotel's newness added to its appeal. The helpful desk staff made us feel welcome and provided useful information about Lubbock.

We felt looked after and had no reason to complain.
