As adults, we loved the central location of the hotel, just steps away from the beach and offering breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean from the observation level and balcony. The wide variety of nearby cafes, bars, and food outlets made it convenient for us to grab a bite whenever we wanted. The undercover parking was a great perk, ensuring the safety of our vehicle. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and seating areas, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Shirin in the dining room, made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the nice restaurant within the hotel, where we could savor delicious meals at a reasonable price.

I had a great experience at Rendezvous Hotel. The ocean view rooms offered excellent views, and the breakfast options at the restaurant were great. The location was perfect and the staff, especially Emma at the reception desk, were very helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were a good size.

The hotel provided good value for money, yummy food, and beautiful and clean club king rooms. Varied buffet breakfast with friendly and professional staff. Emma from evening reception went above and beyond, while some other staff lacked enthusiasm.

The hotel has a great location near the ocean and public transport with plenty of eating places in walking distance. The room and bathroom were clean and had basic facilities. The pool area had an ocean view with plenty of sun loungers and deck chairs.

The hotel is quite old and tired with only one working elevator causing delays. The common areas near the elevators were often crowded and noisy, making it difficult to relax.

This place is perfectly located at the beach in Scarborough. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and the smell of the ocean. The staff at the reception desk were really nice and gave out free champagne as a welcome drink. The service in the restaurant was great and the room amenities, like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, were top-notch. The leisure centre, complete with an outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers, was a great way to relax.

While there was a rude staff member, overall this place has impeccable customer service. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was also conveniently close to everything we required, and the area was very nice. The service here was top-notch, with attentive staff who provided excellent customer service. We were impressed with the room amenities such as the mini-bar, in-room safe, and the comfortable sitting area. The hotel also offered great facilities like a swimming pool, spa & wellness center, and a rooftop pool with a beautiful view. this venue provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
