The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and shops. It is also conveniently close to the river, perfect for a leisurely stroll. And opposite the hotel, there is a fabulous cafe called 'The Hardwood', where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or just grab a coffee. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and large showers. Additionally, the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The hotel could benefit from some renovations and updates to improve the overall appearance and experience for guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Ballina! The location was perfect, right in the center of town and just a short walk from the shopping area. I also loved how close it was to the beautiful Richmond river. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The attention to detail was evident in the clean and tidy rooms, and I even had the luxury of enjoying a jacuzzi in my room. The value for money was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. a truly wonderful experience!

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more!

We stayed at a small motel during Christmas and we enjoyed our experience. The room was clean and well-prepared with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for us, close to shops and restaurants in the area. The staff was kind and helpful during our stay. We appreciated the Christmas decorations and free snacks provided by the motel.

The noise was an issue during our stay. The walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking and their TV.
