Convenient location, close to airport and CBD. Pleasantly surprised by the room's cleanliness and size. Huge, comfortable bed. Staff and bistro were lovely. Great value for the price.

Despite some minor inconveniences, this hotel in the outer suburb of Riverside exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices for the quality offered. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the recently upgraded rooms with self-catering facilities to the basic amenities provided. We were especially pleased to find a comfortable bath in our room, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our requirements were met. The location was also ideal for exploring the Tamar Valley, with nearby supermarkets and easy access to major attractions.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The room I stayed in at Nightcap At Riverside was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The king-size bed was incredibly cozy, and I also had the bonus of a single bed in the room. The shower was great and the amenities provided were more than enough. I also appreciated the convenience of having a guest laundry available, and the affordable price for using the washer and dryer. The restaurant on site served delicious food with quick service, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I had a great experience at Nightcap At Riverside and would definitely recommend it to others.

However, the location was convenient for visiting the nearby attractions and the bistro offered some nice options. Additionally, the proximity to the airport made our departure hassle-free.

The complimentary breakfast and wifi were a great perk. The hotel's location near the river and downtown shops was convenient. The room had a mini fridge, which was a nice surprise and useful for keeping our holiday drinks cool in the warm weather.

The renovation noise and dust were a bit of a hassle, and the steep staircase to our room was inconvenient for carrying up our luggage. The bathroom was dated and could have been cleaner.
