The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and happy to assist. the breakfast options were good, with a variety of choices including a tasty fry-up and a selection of cereals, yogurt, and fruits. the location was convenient, with a supermarket and train-coach station just a short 10-minute walk away. the on-site parking was a bonus, making it easy to come and go.

The room and hotel could have benefited from a renovation. Everything felt a bit old and worn, and there were creaking noises from the room, stairs, and hallways.

Great location for walking to nearby parks, beach, and town center. Gym and swimming facilities were excellent for our teenager. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains made for a peaceful sleep. Lovely breakfast with vegetarian options. Staff, especially Annabelle, were kind and helpful.

I recently stayed at Elstead in a pleasant central location for a few nights. The hotel, although slightly dated, provided a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. The room was spacious and the location was ideal, with easy access to the town center and nearby beaches. Free parking was also available, which was a great convenience. This was my fourth stay at Elstead, and despite the aging appearance, the hotel still offered a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I particularly appreciated the excellent breakfast, accommodating options for my husband's dietary restrictions, and the fantastic on-site amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and enjoyable jacuzzi. I look forward to returning in the future and want to express my gratitude to the hardworking staff at Elstead.
