Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience! the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. the rooms were very comfortable and peaceful, ensuring a good night's rest. the location was fantastic, just a short stroll away from the city center and Kings Park. the cafe downstairs is a gem, serving excellent dishes for breakfast or a quick meal. I loved the relaxing ambience and the attentive staff at the cafe, making each dining experience a pleasure.

One minor aspect that could be improved is the bathroom ventilation. Perhaps installing a separate switch for the exhaust fan could help prevent dampness after showering.

The location of this hotel is great - it's close to the freeway but surprisingly quiet. It's also close to the main areas and Convention Centre. The rooms are spacious with kitchenette facilities and the staff are always lovely.

The smell in the rooms can be unbearable, as if someone had been chain smoking for years.

We had a fantastic stay at Riverview On Mount Street. The balcony with its stunning view was the perfect place to enjoy the amazing storm that rolled in during our visit. The open space and comfortable living area made us feel right at home. The location was convenient, especially for attending the AFL Grand Final at Optus Stadium. The value for money was excellent, and we appreciated the bonus of having a car park behind the facility. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location and spacious accommodations.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. Loved the convenient location close to public transportation and the city center. the staff were also very friendly and efficient. One of the best aspects was the great value for the price we paid, considering we had a self-contained room and an excellent café nearby.

The walls were painted in dark colors that gave off a drab ambiance. the couch was positioned below the TV, which made it difficult to watch it unless you sat on the bed.
