The blend Motel exceeded expectations with a very clean room and well, maintained amenities. Conveniently located near a petrol station for late, night needs, it offered comfortable beds and ample storage space. Unfortunately, the lack of a stated smoke, free policy was a minor drawback. the quiet room made for a pleasant road trip stopover, and the two, bed unit was perfect for our family. the stay at Rocky Resort Motor Inn in Rockhampton was satisfactory, but there were a few hiccups. the location was excellent for road trip stopovers, and the spacious room with comfortable beds was appreciated. the closure of the restaurant wasn't communicated clearly, leading to disappointment. the cleanliness issues in the room, including the strong smell of cigarettes and maintenance problems, were notable shortcomings that affected the overall experience. the lack of response from reception was disappointing and detracted from the level of service expected. On the date I stayed, the landmarks were close by and provided convenient exploring options, enhancing family bonding. the Eubenangee Swamp National Park and Dreamtime Cultural Centre were worth a visit, contributing positively to our trip.

From award-winning Diamantina steaks to croc accessories, I felt quite fancy in a room that may or may not have been as big as advertised. Found a cheeky cockroach in the bathroom. Truly a delight for the senses!

The bathroom was a little small and the shower cubicle was tiny, which might be uncomfortable for some guests. Another issue was that the glasses and cups we used on the first day were not replaced or cleaned.

We had a great nights sleep in a very comfy king size bed. The room was clean, and very quiet, with good curtains to keep out the light. We ordered in and had a lovely well cooked steak. The location was ideal, close to everything. It was also a no smoking property. I would highly recommend this hotel.
