The hotel's location was perfect for morning walks in the Botanical Gardens, and the attentive staff made dining experiences enjoyable, especially after addressing our breakfast concerns directly.

My stay was lovely, waking up to views of the lush Botanical Gardens. The staff were super friendly and genuinely made my experience memorable, eager to help with anything I needed.

However, I noticed a few minor hiccups. The breakfast options felt limited, and the coffee machine was out of order at one point. Also, the pool bar was closed during my visit, which was disappointing.

had higher hopes for this royal on the park. the aircon was so noisy I couldn’t sleep, and the pool had visible signs of wear. absolutely disgusting standards for such a supposed ‘upscale’ place. I keeps expecting complimentary drinks or an upgrade due to my very limited comfort, but nothing. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

royal on the park was lovely! the deluxe king room was spacious and comfy, with great views of the park. it’s just across the road from the botanic gardens, and you can easily walk to queen st mall and the restaurants on eagle street pier. the staff were friendly and helpful too.

Loved the elegant decor and park view rooms.

the view was decent, but that hardly makes up for having to deal with a broken tv that just wouldn’t cooperate. then, there were loud jazz tunes at breakfast instead of nice quiet ambiance, which is quite baffling for a ‘luxury’ hotel. honestly, i thought i might receive a complimentary gesture for all my trouble, but no such luck.

If you're not ready for a lukewarm shower during a busy evening, you might want to reconsider your choice!!! More variety on the late-night menu is essential, and the parking fee is nothing short of ridiculous!!! Some finishes look outdated.

Loved the beautiful views of the park from my room and the excellent room service made my stay even better! The pool and spa area were super relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was that some areas of the hotel felt a bit dated, but it didn't take away from the overall vibe. 😊
