We had multiple access points in and out of the hotel, which made it convenient for us to come and go. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. the location was great, with easy walking distance to popular attractions and restaurants.

The car park was ridiculously small and difficult to navigate. We struggled to find a parking spot where we could actually open our car doors.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Brisbane that was perfectly located. It was close to everything but still quiet. The hotel was right across from the botanic gardens and adjacent to the shopping and dining areas. The room I stayed in had excellent finishing and a beautiful view of the gardens. The bathroom was well-equipped with a seat warmer and bidet. The staff provided great service and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had a bar and restaurant on-site, which was convenient. it was a fantastic stay.

The lack of brochures for tours and the absence of a heated pool.

We had an amazing stay here. The location is perfect being just opposite a beautiful park and with easy access to all the top tourist sites. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. We also enjoyed the dining restaurant and buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service in assisting a surprise delivery to our room.
