The hotel is perfectly situated, just next to the metro station and adjacent to Brisbane's Convention Center. There are also plenty of top restaurants in the area, making it a great location for food lovers. Our room was comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom and clean facilities. The staff were generally polite and helpful. However, the breakfast deal turned out to be overpriced and one staff member was rude about it. As for the negative aspect, the check-in experience was poor, with rooms not being ready on time.

Loved the luxurious pillows and comfortable bed. Free upgrade to a Junior Suite was a nice surprise. Will always choose a hotel that gives bonus upgrades. Everyone loves a little extra!

Oh dear, the air conditioner in the room had a mind of its own and I froze all night. Stupid system.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the attractions and amenities we needed. The hotel was beautifully presented with a sophisticated look and feel. Our room on the 10th floor had stunning views of the river, and the large bedroom provided all the comfort and luxury we needed. The bar was a great place to unwind, with the bartender making amazing cocktails. The reception staff were friendly and courteous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the hotel's central location and excellent service made our stay truly enjoyable.

Extra tea and milk delivered quickly on request. Great service and lovely staff. Spacious room with separate bedrooms. Balcony with river view for watching fireworks.

The hotel had a great breakfast included and the staff were very friendly and attentive. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with great cafes and restaurants nearby. the view from our room was stunning and added to the experience.

Unfortunately the gym was quite small and didn't have all the equipment we needed for a proper workout. It would have been great if they had some more machines available, especially since we couldn't find another gym nearby.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this hotel! The location was ideal, right next to the convention center and by the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - they even gave us chocolates on arrival for our anniversary! Housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy, and the dining options were great with a beautiful restaurant and buffet breakfast.

A surprise room upgrade made our stay at Rydges even more enjoyable. The newly refurbished rooms were spacious and of excellent quality. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and cafes in South Bank. I highly recommend this hotel.

Departure gift of icy water bottles was a pleasant surprise. Staff offered helpful directions and priority check-out option. Will return for sophisticated ambiance, large bedroom, and excellent cocktails. Perfect choice after long travel day, with comfortable bed and balcony views.
