I had a great stay! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation after a long day. Unfortunately, the room service could use some improvement. I'd definitely choose this place again!

During my stay, I experienced several frustrating issues. First, the cleanliness of the room was seriously concerning. I found a mint tin full of cigarette butts on the patio and peanuts under the bed that had clearly not been cleaned. Additionally, the elevators were painfully slow and crowded, making the wait times exasperating.

Request extra towels upon check-in. daily service may overlook replenishing them. The air conditioning can be a bit stuffy, so ensure it's functioning properly from the start.

the hotel has a super cool location, really close to central station and chinatown, which was awsome for food. the room i stayed in was spacious and clean, with good water pressure in the shower. i loved the friendly staff, they were really helpful when i had questions. also, the indoor pool was nice for chilling after a long day. breakfast looked great, but i didn't try it since it seemed a bit pricey.

the elevator situation was a pain, really slow and crowded. also, the sound from the street kept me up at night.

We loved the easy access to Haymarket and The Rocks for some great food and fun. The breakfast was solid too. Just a heads up, the restaurant is only open on certain nights, so plan accordingly!

rygdes was a solid choice. the room was spacious and comfy. It was only a 20-minute walk to the city center. the fitness center was well-equipped, making it easy to stay active during my trip. loved lounging poolside, too!
