The hotel is conveniently located near two metro stations and within walking distance of Central Station. It's situated in a top area, away from the noise of the pubs. Guests can easily explore the nearby landmarks, such as Hay Market and Chinatown. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and large, functional bathrooms. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers plenty of choice and good quality.

On occasion, staff communication could have been better, leading to delayed service and unattended requests.

The location is great, close to transport and everything we needed. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and the amenities, such as the gym and swimming pool, were well-maintained.

We absolutely loved staying at this venue! The fantastic location is less than a 5-minute walk from the main railway station, making it extremely convenient to get around. On top of that, the staff offered excellent service with amenities like a welcome drink and provided tours/ticket assistance. The pristine room was fully stocked with great amenities such as an in-room safe, ironing facilities and flat-screen TV. Everything we wanted was right at our fingertips!

One staff member during the breakfast rush was slower than others to refill the pancake machine and bread. Despite this minor issue, we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a great value for my money at Rydges Sydney Central. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a funky decor that I liked. The location was perfect, right next to the Central train station. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about coeliacs, which made me feel at ease with my daughter's dietary needs.

For breakfast choices, it would be great if there were more options available to cater to different preferences.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Sydney and had a fantastic experience! The location was excellent, with Central Station and public transport just a stone's throw away. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the inner city and accessing other parts of Sydney. I also loved how close the hotel was to some great restaurants and bustling nightlife. It was just a short walk to satisfy my cravings or enjoy a fun evening out. Additionally, the service at this hotel was top-notch. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. They were welcoming and efficient, making me feel right at home.

If I had to mention a minor drawback, it would be that the service in certain areas, such as breakfast, could be a bit slow. However, this wouldn't deter me from recommending this hotel to my friends.

As friends who love going out at night, we found the location of the hotel to be perfect. It is very close to transportation hubs, making it easy for us to explore the city without any hassle. The rooms are spacious, with great bathrooms and large comfortable beds. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, and there were plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.

That the parking couldn't be pre-paid or reserved, which was a bit stressful for us as we had to travel with a car and weren't sure if we would have a place to park it.
