As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, convenient location for The Powerhouse show, and the shopping and dining options in the Jame's Street precinct. The well-lit and spacious bathroom with great water pressure and a separate toilet was a plus.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the shops and restaurants. It's very convenient to have everything within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, with a comfy bed and great pillows. The bathroom is clean and useful. They even have a pod coffee machine, which is a nice touch.

The customer service could have been better, with an abrupt confrontation from the receptionist. It would have been better if they had handled the situation with more positive attitudes and sought guidance before telling customers there was no room.

My recent stay at Sage Hotel on James Street was absolutely delightful. The location was perfect, with an array of charming cafes and shops right outside the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home throughout my stay. The room was clean, modern, and had a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the in-room coffee espresso and the convenience of room service. The price for the in-house movies was fantastic, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Additionally, having a 24-hour convenience store downstairs was a major bonus. I had a wonderful time at Sage Hotel and would definitely stay here again.
