Just stayed in Salamanca area. LOVED the spacious room & super friendly staff. Breakfast was basic but nice. Will definitely come back. Looks better in person!

The location of the accommodation was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. the free onsite parking was convenient for our hire car. the 24/7 reception at the sister property was a great bonus, ensuring any issues were promptly addressed. a wonderful stay, although the lack of complementary water bottles and limited kitchen cutlery could be improved.

We loved the convenience of the parking and the daily servicing of our apartment. It was great to have the option to save the environment by keeping our sheets and towels. The apartment had a cosy set up and we appreciated the little touches like the selection of biscuits, coffee, and hot chocolate. The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly.

The hotel was located right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to access everything I wanted to be close to. The staff at this place were extremely friendly and efficient, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even left a thoughtful apology and a bottle of wine in my spacious and neat apartment when it wasn't available upon my early arrival. The room itself was well-equipped with amenities like a small kitchenette, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. The free Wi-Fi was also a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I was impressed with the quality of service and the enhanced comfort this hotel provided.

the bathroom was outdated, and the shower over the bath was inconvenient and difficult to use. although we enjoyed the location and the apartment's cleanliness, the noise level and outdated bathroom would make us think twice about staying here again.
