This hotel truly surprised me with its excellent service and cozy rooms. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. the rooms are newly renovated, spacious, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. the complimentary drink in the bar fridge was a nice touch. the bathroom was clean with a great hot shower, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. Their renovations really show, making it a great value for the price.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the showers; paying a bit more attention to details like the door and floor edges would make a big difference.

I had a very comfortable and private stay at a conveniently located hotel near the beach. The unit I stayed in was surprisingly spacious and had a little backyard. I loved having a full kitchen and fridge, as well as the good selection of small breakfast packages. The nearby eating places were also fantastic. The highlight of my stay was definitely riding along Beaches Road and enjoying the beautiful beaches, especially Mordialloc. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and great location.
