Great location close to beach, cafes, and shops. Convenient parking and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with new appliances. Lovely central garden and quick lift. Would return for larger room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, with the beautiful beach just across the road. It was so convenient to have the shops and restaurants right in the centre, making it easy to explore and dine out. The service provided here was top-notch, with friendly staff who made us feel well taken care of. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the swimming pool and jacuzzi. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, as well as the kitchen and laundry facilities available. our experience at this hotel was excellent and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Located right in the centre of everything you need, this hotel is perfect for those who want to be close to shops, restaurants, and the action. The room was comfortable, with a washer and dryer to make our stay more convenient. The customer service was remarkable, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We also loved the extra large balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.

The room wasn't serviced every day as it should have been, which was a bit disappointing.

I stayed in a one bedroom Ocean View Rooftop Tce Apartment at Sandcastles and the view was absolutely amazing! Being on the highest floor, I had a great vantage point to admire the beach and waterways. The location was superb, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and patrolled beaches. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room size was perfect for my needs, and the comfortable bed and lovely breeze in the bedroom added to the overall comfort. The clean and tidy pool area was a great spot to relax. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and stunning views.

The decor was outdated and in need of an update. the shower was small and cramped, making it difficult to move around.
