The value for money at the Craster Arms Hotel was great and the room was lovely and spacious. The location in the charming village was exactly what I had imagined. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with an earlier start time.

We had a lovely romantic escape in a comfortable room that easily accommodated the two of us. the spacious bathroom with its large bath was a nice touch. the included breakfast was excellent and served conveniently at a cafe across the road. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable. the location was great and allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area.

On a warm and stormy night, an electric fan would have been useful as we couldn't keep the windows open. on our last night, the service during dinner was slow and unorganized.

Our recent business trip to a hotel in the North-East coast was fantastic. the location was perfect for exploring the stunning beach and dunes. the room was excellent and spacious with a separate seating area, which offered us the opportunity to relax. the breakfast was delicious, with a comprehensive menu, and we loved having a reserved table in the restaurant.

The service was a bit hectic at times when we dined at the restaurant on Saturday evening, possibly because of the incredibly popular spot. We also noticed a lack of senior staff members in the bar who could have organized the younger staff when it got crowded, and sometimes we had to wait too long to be served.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, just across from the pub which was very convenient. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities provided. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch, allowing me to stay connected. a wonderful experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at the Craster Arms Hotel. The bar/restaurant had a vibrant atmosphere and despite being very busy, the service was of a high standard. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. It was great that we could bring our pet dog along with us. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and they had an interesting selection of wines. We are already planning to come back soon, that's how much we enjoyed it!

As dog owners, it was a relief to find a dog-friendly place where we could relax and enjoy a meal with our furry friend at our feet. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious, especially the fish and chips which were fresh, plentiful, and incredibly tasty. The pub itself had a great atmosphere, and we enjoyed the live music and entertainment that was on offer. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to other dog owners and food enthusiasts alike.

Although everything was great at The Craster Arms, one small suggestion would be to improve the serving of the Vegan burger. For the price, it could benefit from having two patties, a flat mushroom, and maybe even a slice of cheese.

The hotel offers a great location adjacent to a lovely cafe over the road, where you can enjoy a delicious inclusive breakfast. The rooms are pleasant and large, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and efficient, accommodating large groups even during busy times.

The shower in the room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move comfortably.
