Excellent location near beach, park, and shopping center. Helpful and pleasant managers. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable rooms with ocean view balcony. Affordable price.

What a great weekend! The apartment was perfectly located, just steps away from the beach and close to all the shopping and dining options we wanted. Plus, the views from our room were stunning! We also loved that the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook some delicious meals during our stay.

While we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location, there were a few things that could have been better. The apartment felt a bit dated and tired, and some of the fixtures and facilities could use some updating.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially with its affordable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with spacious kitchens that are well-equipped and perfect for cooking your own meals. The upper floors offer amazing views over Broadbeach, and being directly opposite the park and across from the beach adds to the overall charm. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are satisfactory.

Everything was fine.

We were initially given a bottom floor room with no ventilation, no water pressure, and it wasn't very clean. We had specifically booked a higher-level apartment with a sea view, but we ended up with a ground floor unit and a view of a hedge. However, after three nights, we were upgraded to a unit with a promised sea view and we loved it. The location was great and the staff was helpful. I'll recommend this hotel.
