We loved the spacious room layout and comfortable bed. The reverse cycle air conditioning was a thoughtful touch, keeping the room warm upon our arrival. While check-in took a bit longer with only one staff member on duty, the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely, although navigating between lifts was a bit confusing. The nearby beaches and parks like Norries Headland Lions Park provided wonderful opportunities for family bonding. despite some minor hiccups, we really appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and had a lovely dinner at Spice Den.

I had a wonderful stay at the Santai. The room was beautifully decorated and felt very inviting, especially with the lovely balcony view overlooking the pool. I appreciated the quick check-in process and the friendly staff, who were always ready to help with any requests. The hotel was well maintained, and the housekeeping was impressive. Enjoying a relaxing spa after dinner without needing to drive was a huge plus. Plus, it was just a short block to the amazing beach.

Everything was great, but the signage was lacking. 😕.

We had a fabulous time at this resort. The room was spacious and well-designed, giving us a comfortable and upscale experience. The pool was large and pristine, with plenty of outdoor seating options. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a well-equipped kitchenette. The resort's location was perfect, with shops nearby and short drives to beautiful destinations. we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

While our stay was generally great, there were a few minor drawbacks. We would have appreciated having our towels replaced and tea bags replenished without having to ask.

During my recent business trip, my director chose Oaks Casuarina Santai Resort in Kingscliff as our accommodation. the spacious Two-Bedroom Executive Apartments were a highlight of our stay, providing ample room to unwind after a long day of work. the large rooms, including the quirky layout with a comfortable king-size bed, made for a pleasant retreat. Despite a few setbacks like the inconvenience of multiple lifts and pool fences to access our room, the resort's good variety of seating in the pool area and landscaped setting added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the very open layout of the bathroom, where all noises are "on display.

Spent Christmas in a great resort near the beach. Enjoyed two complementary Christmas drinks on arrival, great service from the staff who catered to our every need. Close walking distance to local shops and the beach, perfect for daily walks and surfing. Best aspect was the lush gardens and beautiful pools which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

The bathroom floor became soaking wet after every shower due to poor drainage. the blinds let in too much light making it difficult to sleep past sunrise.

We recently stayed at a family-friendly resort that was perfect for our vacation with our two small kids. The location was ideal, with a good coffee shop and shops nearby for convenience. We loved that the supermarket was just a short walk away. The resort had a beautiful beach, which was secluded and perfect for relaxing. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast options were delicious. The facilities, including the pool, were top-notch and provided hours of fun for our family.

The ocean view from our room did not live up to our expectations.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, from the moment I arrived and was greeted with a welcome drink, to the endless amenities provided such as the spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The location was great, with beach access just a short walk away and plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, fishing, and more. The room included a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, as well as a flat-screen TV and comfy sitting area. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining area and BBQ facilities, perfect for a relaxing evening.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay, with 24-hour security and courteous staff available at all times.
