stayed in kingscliff for my daughter's camp last time. was amazed by the courtroom studio apartment at oaks. loved the spa bath and pool. had a flawless experience with the staff, especially anna.

The database features are expansive and easy to navigate, making my search for information a breeze. the rooms were spacious and the private balconies allowed for a relaxing retreat. the location next to the pool provided a vibrant atmosphere, perfect for soaking up some sun.

One minor drawback was the lack of online chat support for quick inquiries, forcing me to wait for responses via email.

The spacious rooms were like a home away from home, with all the essential comforts wrapped in elegance. the staff kindly suggested parking on the street to avoid the broken lift, making our climb to the 3rd level feel like a quirky adventure.

We had a fabulous time at this resort. The room was spacious and well-designed, giving us a comfortable and upscale experience. The pool was large and pristine, with plenty of outdoor seating options. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a well-equipped kitchenette. The resort's location was perfect, with shops nearby and short drives to beautiful destinations. we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

While our stay was generally great, there were a few minor drawbacks. We would have appreciated having our towels replaced and tea bags replenished without having to ask.

During my recent business trip, my director chose Oaks Casuarina Santai Resort in Kingscliff as our accommodation. the spacious Two-Bedroom Executive Apartments were a highlight of our stay, providing ample room to unwind after a long day of work. the large rooms, including the quirky layout with a comfortable king-size bed, made for a pleasant retreat. Despite a few setbacks like the inconvenience of multiple lifts and pool fences to access our room, the resort's good variety of seating in the pool area and landscaped setting added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the very open layout of the bathroom, where all noises are "on display.

Great size rooms, comfortable beds. Excellent location, close to cafes, bars, and a supermarket. Easy access to the beach. Friendly staff. Lovely pool area.

This place is an absolute gem! the room felt like a luxurious suite, SUPER CLEAN and comfy with a jaw-droppingly beautiful terrace overlooking the lush gardens and inviting pools. the location is ideal, with shops and cafes just a stroll away, and the heated pool was a godsend even in chilly weather. the staff, especially the GM, were incredibly helpful and the Balinese tropical vibe of the resort made it feel like a paradise retreat. Amazing stay all around!

Spent Christmas in a great resort near the beach. Enjoyed two complementary Christmas drinks on arrival, great service from the staff who catered to our every need. Close walking distance to local shops and the beach, perfect for daily walks and surfing. Best aspect was the lush gardens and beautiful pools which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

The bathroom floor became soaking wet after every shower due to poor drainage. the blinds let in too much light making it difficult to sleep past sunrise.

We recently stayed at a family-friendly resort that was perfect for our vacation with our two small kids. The location was ideal, with a good coffee shop and shops nearby for convenience. We loved that the supermarket was just a short walk away. The resort had a beautiful beach, which was secluded and perfect for relaxing. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast options were delicious. The facilities, including the pool, were top-notch and provided hours of fun for our family.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, from the moment I arrived and was greeted with a welcome drink, to the endless amenities provided such as the spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The location was great, with beach access just a short walk away and plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, fishing, and more. The room included a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, as well as a flat-screen TV and comfy sitting area. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining area and BBQ facilities, perfect for a relaxing evening.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay, with 24-hour security and courteous staff available at all times.

The location of Oaks Santai Resort was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was conveniently close to the wedding venue where I had to do hair, making it easy and convenient for us. The resort itself was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful design that added to the overall ambiance.
