clean - close to shops/restaurants - beach for fishing. staff helpful. great ocean view. spacious unit with everything for cooking. 2-min walk to beach. provided Tupperware and picnic dinnerware. air-conditioning in living area and bedroom.

Sittin' pretty at Sevan Apartments—so close to the beach, it's practically in our backyard! the room was huge and comfortable, perfect for whipping up brekkie or hittin' the local cafés. the staff were a top-notch crew—friendly as can be. And don't get us started on that BBQ area; bangers and snags all day, mate! But, fair dinkum, the disability access was a real snag. Not wheelie-friendly as promised, which left us in a pickle. Nevertheless, it was a ripper of a stay!

The Location was excellent, offering a fantastic ocean view from our high vantage point, complemented by a comfortable bed and spacious unit. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our family stay enjoyable. the Penthouse Apartment was clean and spacious, boasting balconies with stunning views, perfect for relaxing. Despite noise and lift issues, the well-appointed bathroom and great facilities, including a rooftop jacuzzi, made our stay memorable. Seven Mile Beach, Great Lakes Museum, and other nearby landmarks added to the family bonding experience, enhancing relaxation.

The beautiful penthouse with its well-decked kitchen and ample utensils truly impressed me. the wrap-around balconies with ocean and river views were delightful. the hotel's close proximity to the beach and cafes made it convenient for my senior self to explore.

More assistance for seniors needed; perhaps more handrails.

Stayed in a high floor apartment with stunning town/lake views. Loved the well-equipped apartment and the convenience of air con in all rooms. Underground car parking was a major advantage. The staff were friendly and the facilities were always clean. a great experience at Sevan Apartments. I highly recommend this hotel.

The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy for me to stay connected. The hotel also had a pool and BBQ area, perfect for entertaining family and friends. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The only downside I can think of is that the hotel is so comfortable and luxurious, it may be difficult to leave and explore the surrounding area.

We recently spent a fantastic weekend away and were very pleased with our accommodation. the apartment was spacious and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find unexpected extras such as coffee pods for the coffee machine and a range of toiletries. the location was perfect, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, and just a short stroll to the beautiful beach. the comfortable bed was a definite highlight, and I slept better than I have in weeks.

The noise levels in the apartment were a bit of a disruption to an otherwise lovely stay. We could hear guests coming and going through the foyer and lift area, and the street noise outside was quite loud.

sevan apartments in forster exceeded my expectations completely. the staff were so welcoming and friendly. the room was spacious, full of light, and perfect for both solo travelers and groups.
