The lagoon pool was great for watching kids and relaxing. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high-quality amenities. The location backing up onto four mile beach was lovely.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, including the pools and lagoon, were second to none. It was a relief to see that it wasn't over crowded, allowing for a more enjoyable and relaxing experience. The location was also ideal, with easy access to both the beach and the pool bar. The staff, especially the barista at the lobby cafe and the spa booking counter, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu choices were excellent, and I preferred it over the buffet. Additionally, the happy hour at Bannisters was great value for money. The extensive gardens were beautifully maintained, and the waterfalls added to the overall atmosphere of the resort.

We had a fantastic time at the Sheraton resort. The lagoon pools were absolutely wonderful and provided the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. The gardens surrounding the resort were also beautifully maintained, adding to the overall ambiance. The beach access was a definite plus as well. The room we stayed in was comfortable and had a lovely design. We even received a free upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast staff were extremely attentive and made our mornings enjoyable. The hotel was also very clean and well-kept.

The pools were amazing, with a little beach leading into the pool. The spacious resort had lovely grassed areas to walk around. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and value. Staff at reception were helpful. The location and view were the best.

This hotel exudes luxury and exclusivity with its exceptional amenities and services. the outdoor saltwater pool and spa centre are perfect for massages and body treatments leaving you feeling refreshed and pampered. the sun terrace is great for soaking up some sun while the poolside snack bar ensures your every desire is catered to.

The only minor issue is that the staff could be a little more efficient when it comes to serving guests at the bar. But this minor issue doesn't detract from the wonderful experience overall.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful rooms and the stunning pool. the location was perfect, with easy access to a gorgeous walk along the beach. Plus, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

I had a fantastic stay at Sheraton. The room was upgraded with BonVoy Suite Nights and it was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had beautiful tropical grounds with pools and water features that created a relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient for exploring the Great Barrier Reef. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The pool area is fantastic, with multiple pools to choose from and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The recently renovated rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The luxurious lobby and contemporary dining hall match the online photos. Friendly staff and plenty of pools and deck chairs. Easy beach access for a beautiful walk.

What a dreamy location for a romantic escape! the complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries were a delightful surprise upon our arrival. We loved the proximity to the stunning beach and the beautiful pools that were perfect for lounging. the sunset views were absolutely breathtaking.

Lastly, we noticed some areas of the room were in need of some cleaning and maintenance.
